Important: In the pay-as-you-go model, shutting down a VM stops charges for CPU, RAM, and bandwidth consumption. However, you will continue to be billed for persistent resources such as reserved storage volumes and IP addresses.

Our cloud storage offers fast, reliable performance using NVMe and SSD technology. Each piece of data is securely stored in three copies across different nodes, protecting it from failures. All storage nodes are connected with 80 Gbps bandwidth, ensuring quick data transfer and smooth system operation.

By default, the disk size includes backup space. Our HyperFlex Cloud 2.0 automatically backs up all your virtual machines daily, with a 7-day retention period. Older backups are automatically deleted, and when you choose the disk size for your pool, backup space is configured automatically.

Data sent by your cloud pool over a 30-day period is subject to a default limit of 10TB for total outbound transfer. If your application requires more data transfer, you can increase this limit in increments of 5TB as needed. Download traffic or received traffic is not considered for the calculation.
