If you plan to use Windows Server VMs, your Windows licenses must match the total number of vCPUs used by all your Windows VMs. If you create Windows VMs without the appropriate vCPU licensing, our staff will manually update your account to ensure it reflects the required licensing compliance
Our cloud storage offers fast, reliable performance using NVMe and SSD technology. Each piece of data is securely stored in three copies across different nodes, protecting it from failures. All storage nodes are connected with 80 Gbps bandwidth, ensuring quick data transfer and smooth system operation.

By default, the disk size includes backup space. Our HyperFlex Cloud 2.0 automatically backs up all your virtual machines daily, with a 7-day retention period. Older backups are automatically deleted, and when you choose the disk size for your pool, backup space is configured automatically.

Snapshots capture the current state of a VM or container, including disk data and memory (if enabled), allowing you to revert to that point later. They enable quick backups, testing, and rollback options with minimal downtime. The main benefits are data protection, easy recovery from errors, and efficient cloning or testing environments. Snapshots are lightweight and fast, making them ideal for managing virtual workloads safely.
** Please remember snapshots are performed on the same storage as your current VM disks reside so THEY DON'T REPLACE BACKUPS but are a simple and efficient way to perform quick recoveries in case of emergencies. Please think of snapshots as an additional tool for a proper backup scheme.

Data sent by your cloud pool over a 30-day period is subject to a default limit of 10TB for total outbound transfer. If your application requires more data transfer, you can increase this limit in increments of 5TB as needed. Download traffic or received traffic is not considered for the calculation.
