  • Onsite hands on services on customer's rack infrastructure
  • Advanced troubleshooting on database servers, load balancers, firewall support, routing support or similar
  • Off hours hands on support
  • Bios & Firmware updates
  • Storage support

Our experienced administrators will monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot your VPS environment to keep it secure, optimized, and running smoothly. All requests are handled via our support ticket system, ensuring fast, documented, and professional assistance.


What’s Included

With this service, our NOC team can perform a wide range of maintenance and management tasks, including but not limited to:

  • System Updates & Patching: Regular kernel and software updates to ensure stability and security.

  • Service Monitoring & Recovery: 24/7 monitoring of key system services and proactive restarts in case of failures.

  • Security Hardening: Configuration of firewalls (e.g., iptables or ufw), intrusion detection tools, and best-practice security policies.

  • Performance Optimization: CPU, memory, and disk usage tuning, as well as assistance with slow applications or processes.

  • Backup Configuration & Verification: Help setting up or troubleshooting backup routines (manual or automated).

  • Web Server & Database Support: Installation and troubleshooting of Apache, Nginx, MySQL/MariaDB, or similar services.

  • Email & DNS Configuration: Assistance with mail servers (Postfix, Exim, etc.), DNS records, and SPF/DKIM/DMARC setup.

  • Control Panel Support: Guidance or fixes for control panels such as cPanel, Plesk, or Webmin (if installed).

  • Troubleshooting & Incident Response: Investigation of issues like downtime, high load, network latency, or software errors.

All support actions are initiated through a support ticket. Simply describe the task or issue, and our technicians will respond promptly — typically within minutes. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process and confirm completion when the issue is resolved.


What’s Not Included

While this managed plan covers a wide range of server administration tasks, it does not include:

  • Application development or code debugging

  • Data recovery from corrupted disks

  • Repeated reinstallation of OS or control panels due to user error

For those needs, we can provide custom hourly support at our standard rates.
